In these 3 classes, we will address the most common issues affecting our feet. Learn specific exercises and yoga postures that can help us revert or alleviate: plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammer toes, flat feet or feet pronation, claw toes, and Morton's neuroma. We will also examine our gait and walking patterns so we don't exacerbate the condition. In these 3 meetings, Natalie expertly guides students through informative lecture, specific exercises, and an intentional yoga practice for healthier, happier feet.
