Based on data and studies of Dr. Loren Fishman and others, this series offers different ways to explore postures and exercises depending if you have osteopenia or osteoporosis or if you are seeking to prevent it. We work with increasing muscle in all the major areas of the body, developing and adding bone density, working with balance, and addressing postural issues to prevent falls and increase strength.
