Natalie Stawsky, ERYT, C-IAYT

Natalie has been a student of yoga for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the Yoga Therapy Program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Natalie is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher, and a continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance. Natalie serves as the Movement Therapist for the Oregon Pain Resiliency Program, where she works with individuals with chronic pain to increase their quality of life.

Natalie owns and teaches at the Ashland Yoga Studio and hosts international retreats. She has released 5 DVD videos: Yoga for Beginners (in Spanish), Pre and Postnatal Yoga (in both English and Spanish), Yoga for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Restorative Yoga for Chronic Pain. Her comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and the biomechanics of movement inform how she approaches the application of asanas for mind-body wellness.

Natalie loves making yoga accessible and delightful for her students. She uses the therapeutic application of yoga postures to help people access their innate ability to self-heal. She teaches versatile techniques to release chronic tension that facilitate a restored mind-body connection. Natalie has helped people move through chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, postural mal-alignment, unbalanced gait, limited range of motion, and osteoarthritis. She can modify postures for elders, children, and women in the pre-natal/postpartum periods. She helps people find relief from chronic pain, stress and attention disorders through individualized techniques.
